I love deviled eggs but they can be a bit boring. So I decided to try to divise a recipe for a deviled egg that was just a bit more interesting than the classic paprika top variety. Which lead me to create my BLT Deviled Eggs. These guys have already have been deemed a favorite by my family and hopefully soon by you too.

Simply Smiles Breakfast Burritos.
1 lb lean turkey or pork sausage
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. Country Gourmet Home Chorizo Seasoning
1 pkg. Country Gourmet Home Fiesta Rice Mix
Optional for garnish
cheese, sour cream, olives,
scrambled eggs and salsa.
– Add 2 1/2 cups of hot water and rice mix to sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer covered for 20-25 min.
– While the rice is cooking, Add 1/4 cup cider vinegar and chorizo seasoning to 1 lb lean turkey or pork sausage. . Mix well and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Add rice and chorizo to warm tortillas and garnish with your favorite cheese and salsa. Make a hearty burrito by adding scrambled eggs!
